Anna Quirin joined the Robert Bosch Center for Central and Eastern Europe, Russia, and Central Asia in September 2008. Since April 2016 she has been the program manager of the Carl Friedrich Goerdeler Kolleg for Good Governance, a further training program for young executives from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, Turkey, and Ukraine. Previously she was responsible for the Discussion Group on Poland from 2009 to 2014 and for the Diplomatenkolleg from 2008 to 2010, a joint project of the DGAP, the Robert Bosch Stiftung, and the German Federal Foreign Office.

Prior to her work at the DGAP, Anna Quirin was project manager for Central and Eastern Europe, Southeast Europe, and Asia at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Kassel. From 2003 to 2004 she was a guest lecturer at the University of Erfurt and the University of Applied Sciences in Nordhausen.

Anna Quirin studied economics and International Relations in Breslau and Marburg; she is currently completing her doctoral thesis in political science at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń.
